On November 27, the agreement was signed between Vytautas Magnus University and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. This is the first partner university of VMU in Hong Kong and the fourth in China.

Lingnan University (嶺南大學 Ling Nam Tai Hok) was founded as Canton Christian College in Guangzhou in 1889 and moved to Hong Kong in 1967. It is the only public liberal arts university in Hong Kong and it aims to provide students with an education in the liberal arts tradition. In 2015, Lingnan University was selected as one of the ‘Top 10 Asian Liberal Arts Colleges’ by Forbes.
