What could you tell about schools in Japan? Sailor-style uniforms and cute lunchboxes are probably some of the few images that come to mind. This Friday’s “Hashi” guest, however, had an opportunity to be a student in Tokyo Gakugei University High School and experience the daily life of a Japanese school herself. Eglė Mackeliūnaitė will tell more about her five-month stay in Tokyo, the host families she was living with, the different lifestyles of Japanese and Lithuanian youth. The event will take place on Friday, February 11, at 6pm.
