VMU Centre for Asian Studies and students’ club Hashi proudly present the 5th Japanese speech contest. It will take place on the 5th of March, 2015, at VMU Small Hall (Daukanto str. 28), Kaunas.
The participants are expected to prepare a free-form speech, which would take no longer than 5 minutes. The jury of qualified specialists will evaluate the performance: the fluency and structure of speech, grammar, pronounciation.
The contestants will be divided into three groups, according to their level – beginners, intermediates and advanced learners. This time, students, who have been to Japan, will be allowed to participate, too. 9 best performers will be given prizes from the event supporters Embassy of Japan in Lithuania and Embassy of Lithuania in Japan.
This speech contest will promote Japanese studies in Lithuania, also, it will give an opportunity for contestants to compare the level of proficiency, to meet the colleagues.
