On October 4, VMU signed the exchange agreement and Memorandum of Understanding with Meiji University in Japan. One year ago both institutions started discussions about possibilities of academic and student exchange, financial support and scholarships, collaboration in joint research and other projects, and already had some successful exchange projects.
